These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SayfTread, including the website at sayftread.com and the software application at app.sayftread.com.

Separate charges may apply to:
- Payment processing
- Merchant services
- Card transactions
- Banking or settlement services
- Payment gateways
- Hardware
- Third-party products
- Optional future services
We do not promise that every SayfTread feature will always be free or unlimited.
Any material pricing applicable to a paid service will be disclosed before you agree to that service.
3. Payment Processing and Sayfpay Services
SayfTread is powered by Sayfpay, but use of the SayfTread software does not automatically mean that your business has been approved for a merchant account or payment-processing services.
Payment-processing activation may require:
- A separate application
- Identity verification
- Business verification
- Merchant underwriting
- Bank information
- Driver’s-license or other identification
- Beneficial-owner information
- Electronic signatures
- Processor approval
- Gateway setup
- Additional merchant agreements
Approval is not guaranteed.
Payment-processing services may be provided through Sayfpay and third-party processors, acquiring banks, gateways, or other service providers.
Those services may be governed by separate agreements, pricing, processor rules, underwriting decisions, and operating requirements.
Until integrated card payments are activated for a shop, SayfTread may allow the shop to record payments received through methods such as:
- Cash
- Check
- External card terminal
- Other supported external methods
Recording a payment in SayfTread does not itself cause funds to move unless a connected payment service is being used.
4. Merchant Application Information
If you request Sayfpay payment activation through SayfTread, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You authorize us to transmit information reasonably necessary for:
- Merchant underwriting
- Identity verification
- Bank verification
- KYC requirements
- Fraud prevention
- Processor review
- Gateway provisioning
- Merchant-account setup
You understand that additional documentation or follow-up may be required.
Processor or bank approval timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9. Tire Fitment and Vehicle Information
SayfTread may provide vehicle, VIN, tire-size, fitment, or related information from user input or third-party data sources.
This information is provided as an operational aid.
The shop remains responsible for verifying:
- Tire size
- Load requirements
- Speed ratings
- Vehicle requirements
- Wheel compatibility
- Fitment
- Installation suitability
- Manufacturer recommendations
Do not rely solely on software output when safety or vehicle compatibility requires professional verification.

You are responsible for verifying actual physical inventory.
SayfTread does not guarantee that a digital inventory record always reflects the actual physical stock in your shop.
11. DOT/TIN Records
SayfTread may allow shops to record tire DOT/TIN information.
